Diagnostic Evaluation - $200 (90-Minutes)
A comprehensive assessment by clinicians to accurately identify and diagnose mental health conditions, using interviews, observations, and assessment tools. This evaluation informs tailored treatment plans for individuals, ensuring they receive the most appropriate care.
Individual Therapy - $175 Per Session (60-Minutes)
A personalized process where trained therapists collaborate with individuals to explore, understand, and address emotional and psychological challenges. Through proven techniques, therapy provides tools and insights to foster well-being and improve quality of life.
Family Therapy - $175 Per Session (60-Minutes)
Through evidence-based approaches and a deep commitment to decolonizing therapeutic practices, we empower families to reconnect, heal historical wounds, and thrive together in love and solidarity. At UIMH, we honor the strength and resilience of BIPOC families and are committed to supporting their journey toward collective wellness and harmony.
Group Therapy - $75 Per Session (90-Minutes)
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that brings together a small group of individuals, typically 6-12 people, who share similar challenges, experiences, or goals. Led by a trained therapist, these sessions provide a supportive and structured environment where participants can openly discuss their thoughts and feelings, share personal experiences, and learn from one another. The group setting fosters a sense of community, allowing members to connect with others who understand their struggles, offering validation and encouragement along the way.
